Agent gibberish and hallucinizations

There have been issues with the agents speaking in gibberish and hallucinating the past few days. Something is not functing properly because it has happened on multiple different topics. Is there an easy fix to this? I can give the call ids of calls where this has happened

I noticed this too, it opened with my set opener line followed by unrecognizable giberish "hey what's your name? " CallID: 1008386c-00b6-4ee9-b70b-00f2c2d2a2c9

@KH potentially, I shorten mine and the gibberish took a bit longer to appear but I don't think it is the solution to our problem.

You are using GPT-3.5, which is bad at function calling and sometimes says gibberish. In addition, your temperature is just too high. It is set to 2, but it should be 0.25. Lowering it will fix all of your issues, @felly007
If anyone of you still facing this issue please create a new ticket along with the latest call_id and time at which this issue occurred in the audio as well provide me the expected output.

Yep, I'm using KB w/ GPT4o. I had it happen again and hang up, but didn't have call recording turned on. I'll let you know if it happens again.
